H.H. Kyabgon Gongma Trichen Rinpoche, till March 2017 was the 41st head of the Sakya school of Tibetan Buddhism.
H.H. the 42nd Sakya Gongma Trizin, Ratna Vajra Rinpoche, His Holiness was born in 1974 in Dehradun as the eldest son of His Holiness the 41st Sakya Gongma Trichen and Dagmo Tashi Lhakee. From an early age he received intensive traditional training and is a lineage holder and head of the Sakya tradition.

H.H. 43rd Sakya Trizin Gyana Vajra Rinpoche, His Holiness, the younger son of His Holiness Sakya Trizin was born in 1979. He studied with his brother and later attended for further training, the Sakya Centre in Rajpur.

Ven. Kunga Choedak Bhutia is a highly esteemed monk of the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Buddhism and lived in the Sakya Center in Dehradun, the main monastery of this venerable tradition. His journey began in 2000, when he joined the monastery as a novice monk. With great diligence and dedication, he completed his ritual studies and graduated in 2006. Two years later, he took full monastic ordination and deepened his knowledge at the Sakya Institute of Buddhist Studies, where he studied Buddhist philosophy in depth.
